7075 aluminum tubes, in cold finished or extruded form, has high mechanicals values, good machinability and improved stress corrosion control. 7075 is one of the highest strength aluminum alloys. It has good fatigue strength and average machinability. Welding is not possible with 7075 alloy, its corrosion resistance is weak.  The mechanical properties depend on the temper of the material. 7075 is widely used for Bicycle industry, Aerospace and Defense applications
